House Rules for Thomas' Home Apartments

Check-in time is from 15:00 unless otherwise agreed.
Check-out time is 12:00/noon on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed.
The door code is personal and confidential. Guests are responsible for the security of their code.
Use the apartment for its intended purposes and maintain order.
Do not allow strangers into your room.
Ensure your apartment door is properly closed when leaving.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises. A fine of 200 EUR applies for violations. Smoking is allowed in the backyard.
Do not remove items from the apartment. Guests are liable for lost or damaged items.
Thomas' Home is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
Guests must behave respectfully, avoiding loud noise and disruptive behavior. Unacceptable or aggressive behavior towards other guests, neighbors, or staff will incur fines.
Apartments are not for social events. The number of occupants is limited to the fixed number of beds or sleeping places.
Parties are strictly prohibited. Excessive noise, hosting parties, or exceeding the permitted number of guests between 23:00 and 7:00 will result in eviction without a refund and a fine of 200 EUR.
If extra cleaning is required after check-out, an additional fee of 50 EUR will be charged. Extra cleaning involves more effort or time than standard service.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Reservations require confirmation and may include a deposit. Full payment is due before or upon arrival.

Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to the check-in date and time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within less than 3 days of check-in date and time will not be refunded.

Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated upon request and subject to availability.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;

Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or

Exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
